A really nice, well cared for Cessna 182 with VERY low airframe and engine times. The aircraft is currently undergoing an annual inspection. The asking price is $78,500. After the inspection is finished, I will begin an interior and avionics refurbishment and the price will increase accordingly. The Skylane has been hangared with the same owner for the last 25 years.
