Bonanza J35  @@PROJECT@@

1958 J35 Bonanza with lots of potential. It is a project but will be a nice airplane with lots of STCs and improvements 4150TT, 0 since engine rebuild, no corrosion, stored in North Georgia hangar, Perfect ruddervators, ruddervators we’re replaced in 1993 and in 2007 the left was reskinned. Perfect ailerons, no hail. Speed slope windshield, new side glass, stainless battery box(to be installed) one piece keys up .090 Aluminum panel precut for dual Aspen and center stack radios, (to be installed) RadioRax avionics mounting kit new. No avionics are included. What the previous owner had bought were sold before I bought the airplane. Rudder cables replaced in 1993. New glare shield installed with the Speedslope was at 3575 TT. Gear motor replaced @ 3263. All new hose kit, new baffle kit. Too many parts to list. The ruddervators and engine are worth more than what I am asking. The prop, (195 SPOH, 0 siran, precut panel, and the parts are another 8-10,000. The previous owner passed away after planning his refurbishment of the Bonanza. I bought the airplane a year and a half ago but will not have time to finish putting it together. This is a great opportunity to have a nice airplane at a bargain price and some sweat equity. Or have a spare engine, ruddervators, and a ton of parts. The engine was rebuilt by a retired AI who worked for Delta Airlines as both a machinist and later as a Sim instructor. All the yellow tags are there. Divco Case, Crank was supplied by Western Skyways, new Cam, fuel system overhauled, fresh 500 hr mag inspection. New main bearings and rod bearings. This is a project and is sold as such. Sold as is and where is.
